About Me

Albert Einstein said, “The world as we have created, it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thoughts.”

Our thoughts are powerful and so are the decisions we make in life. Every moment is an opportunity to choose how we will live the next moment; it’s never too late to change. I began to blog five years ago, to chronicle the changes happening in my life and to remember why I embarked on my journey abroad in the first place. Living in Greece, The Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, America and now Muscat, Oman, has taught me to stay open to new perspectives.

“One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.” Henry Miller

  1. Hi Lana!

Hope you had a great weekend! I work on the development team at the LA-based reality television production company, Good Clean Fun. We’ve done Run’s House and Life of Ryan on MTV and currently produce Tia & Tamera on the Style Network and Mountain Movers on NatGeo. Our company is primarily known for talent-driven docuseries, but we’ve done work in formatted series as well.

We are currently developing a new show about Expatriates, like yourself, who have managed to create the American dream abroad. Essentially the show will follow the drive and determination of American entrepreneurs who are building or have built successful businesses abroad. If you’re at all interested, we would love to set up a Skype call to learn more about your business as well as better get to know your personality. And, of course, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration, Lana, and I look forward to connecting sometime soon.
